If you need assistance with the design, you can add Graphic Design Services as a product to the cart as well. Or, if you have your own design files, you can upload those to our site after you finish checking out.

Yes! You can easily upload your own design files after checkout. We accept various file formats like PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, JPG, PNG, and others. Make sure your design meets the required specifications to ensure the best quality print. Once you upload your files, we will let you know if we see any issues or concerns with the files.

Can you check my files?
Yes, we will review your files and check for common issues such as resolution, bleed, and color mode. If we find any problems, we’ll notify you and find out what you would like to do to correct the issue. We will also email you a PDF proof for final approval to ensure everything looks correct before production begins.

If there is a printing error on our part, we will reprint your order at no cost. If the issue is due to a file error or customer mistake, a new order would need to be placed to print more.

Yes! We provide options such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and more to enhance your prints. Simply include that in the notes when checking out and we will review your files and then let you know what the added cost would be for that enhancement.
